The Veterans Campaign Spring 2010 workshop last Saturday went off without a hitch. Over 100 military veterans either interested in running for elected office or who are currently running in county, state, or federal elections received a full day of free campaign training on topics ranging from Campaign Finance to New Media. With camera crews from CNN and NBC, and a keynote from Rep. Patrick Murphy, it was truly a great day. Veterans Campaign would like to thank the George Washington University for generously hosting the event, and would also like to thank the incredible group of campaign experts and public servants who donated their valuable time throughout the day as panelists and instructors. Lastly, we would also like to thank all of the participants who attended the event.
